I lead from the front. Embedded as the front-line revenue leader for IT services and PE-backed firms scaling $20M to $200M+. I stand up the GTM, run the partner motion, work named pursuits personally — taking the first call, shaping the deal, closing the SOW — and then grow and expand the strategic accounts.

Six things I take ownership of, personally
Account-tier doctrine, hunter/farmer split, pursuit stage gates, comp model, sales-engineering interlock, MEDDPICC discipline. Not a slide pack — the actual operating system the team uses on Monday.
Source, sign and operate alliances with hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure), data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), workflow (Salesforce, ServiceNow), security (Darktrace, Tricentis). Co-sell motion, joint pipeline, attach economics.
Take the first calls. Open the doors. Shape the deal in week one. I'm not a "set the strategy and disappear" leader — I sit in the rooms with the team while we figure out how to win the named accounts.
$120M EMC managed services. $7.5M / 3-year Citibank Modernization Factory. $60M Capgemini CX/data portfolio. $40M+ greenfield builds across UK, US, India, Malaysia. I close — and I'll do it again.
Verizon $130M → $180M. Ness $17M → $70M (4×). Most account-growth machines stall at the first land. I run the account expansion playbook — second-tower, third-tower, multi-year MSA, governance refresh.
When the operating engagement ends, I leave a built team, a documented operating system, and a successor I've personally hired. The point is not dependency — it's a revenue function that runs without me.

Land & Diagnose
Two weeks on the ground. Read the GTM dashboard, ride along on top-3 pursuits, interview the team, talk to the top-5 customers. Honest written diagnosis.
Stand Up & Sell
Operating system rebuilt: account tiers, pursuit gates, comp, partner motion. Personally working the top-3 pursuits and one strategic account. First wins on the board.
Scale & Hire
Second wave of pursuits. Alliance ecosystem operational. Hiring the team. Strategic accounts moving into expansion. The motion is now repeatable without me.
Hand Off
New CRO or revenue lead in seat. Operating system documented. Pursuit war-room running. I shift to advisor cadence or exit cleanly. Either way — built to run without me.
